Important Notes

  • For international travel, a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months is mandatory. Passports older than 10 (ten) years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry to the country is not permitted with torn or damaged passports.
  • EYKAS TRAVEL acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Scheduled and charter flights may be delayed, or flight times may change before the tour or flight. EYKAS TRAVEL is obliged to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes.
  • EYKAS TRAVEL reserves the right to change the tour itinerary when deemed necessary, provided that the content remains the same.
  • Excursions specified in the programs may, at the guide's discretion and for any reason, be operated on a different day or days than those stated.
  • Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit to be visited or operated for any reason will not be carried out.
  • Hotel breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited “continental breakfast” menu such as butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee. For groups, breakfast may be served in a separate room allocated to the group.
  • There is a Visa Exemption Agreement between Serbia and Turkey. Within this framework, citizens of the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Serbia may enter each other's countries without a visa using diplomatic, special, service and ordinary passports.
  • Turkish citizens may travel to Serbia visa-free for a total period not exceeding 90 days within any 180-day period.
  • During travel, the passport must be valid for at least 90 days from the planned date of departure from Serbia.
Day by Day

Itinerary

After meeting our guide at the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Airport and completing baggage and passport formalities, we depart for Belgrade with Turkish Airlines. Upon arrival at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, we meet our private coach and Turkish-speaking local guide and begin our Belgrade city tour. During the city tour, we panoramically view the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers, Kalemegdan and Belgrade Fortress, Knez Mihailova Street, Republic Square, Terazije Square, the Parliament Building, the Old Palace and other prominent historical and tourist attractions of Belgrade. After the tour, we have lunch at Lovac Restaurant with a three-course menu and water included. Alcoholic beverages are available at an additional charge. After lunch, we transfer to the hotel, complete check-in and take a short rest. The evening is free at leisure and overnight will be at our selected hotel in Belgrade.

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin the Belgrade city tour with our guide. First, we visit Kalemegdan and Belgrade Fortress, viewing the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers and the panoramic city landscape. We then proceed to Knez Mihailova Street, one of Belgrade's liveliest and most important avenues. Our city tour continues with Republic Square, Terazije Square, the Parliament Building, the Old Palace and other notable historical and tourist attractions. After visiting the Cathedral of Saint Sava, one of the important stops on our tour, we have lunch at Kolarac Restaurant with a three-course menu and water included. Alcoholic beverages are extra. After lunch, a short period of free time is provided on Knez Mihailova Street. Guests may shop, spend time in nearby cafes or explore the city independently. Following the free time, we visit Skadarlija, famous for its historic and bohemian atmosphere, and enjoy a short walk. After the tour, we return to our hotel by private coach and overnight at the selected hotel in Belgrade.

After breakfast at our hotel, we complete check-out. After placing our luggage on the private coach, we begin the day's program with our guide. First, we visit the Nikola Tesla Museum, dedicated to the life and work of the world-famous inventor and scientist. After the museum visit, we begin a boat cruise on the Danube and Sava Rivers to discover some of Belgrade's most beautiful sights from a different perspective. During the approximately one-hour cruise, we have panoramic views of Belgrade Fortress, Kalemegdan, the confluence of the Sava and Danube Rivers, Belgrade Waterfront and other important riverside landmarks. After the boat cruise, we proceed to the Zemun district. We have lunch at Kapetanija 1908 Restaurant on the banks of the Danube. The three-course lunch includes water; alcoholic beverages are extra. After lunch, we begin our Zemun tour with our guide. We see the historic streets, riverside promenade along the Danube, old town district and the area around Gardos, with opportunities for photographs and a short period of free time. After the Zemun tour, we return to Belgrade city center for a short free period. Then we depart by private coach for Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport. Following check-in and passport formalities, we depart for Istanbul at 20:25 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1084. Our Belgrade program concludes with arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:15 local time.
